I had a huge Nine West bag that lasted 6 years before it started falling apart. So I bought this one - it's not as big as the picture but since I learned how to scale down - I love it! I folded the handle in half because it was too long for a 5'3 girl and now it's perfect. I also like the color, inside pockets and 2 outside pockets. I need the first time - 5 stars! In addition, the handbag is not hard - quite soft, but strong. I hope for many years of use!
