My digital scale was dying so I decided to buy a "smart" scale. While waiting for the birth I checked my fat etc for comparison. I have found that your weight results are mostly accurate. However, every other measurement I was given was incorrect. For example, my body fat percentage is 14.7%. This device told me my body fat percentage is 22% and my BMI is 33! I followed all the instructions, drying my bare feet on the hardwood floor. I liked that the app synced perfectly with my Samsung Health app. If you're just interested in keeping track of your weight, this scale is for you. For all other results, however, there is simply no accurate representation.
