I got such great results straight away that I bought the same set for a friend. With the first hit to my lower back and posterior ribs and side ribs, I felt immediate relief from chronic upper back pain. The pain went away for a couple of weeks until evening and didn't return to being pain free day and night for the last two evenings. For anyone who has this type of pain relief, you know what life and personality changes can mean. I smile, walk more freely, no longer buckle and can think more clearly. This needs work, but I am willing to do whatever it takes to keep this pain at bay for any period of time.
