thick as a stick of wood.

No major complaints other than the bamboo handle which is quite thick. It feels weird when you first use it, and it's so thick that it's difficult to reach the molars at the back of your mouth. It feels like brushing your teeth with a wooden stick. It just takes some time to get used to. This is my first experience with bamboo toothbrushes. Raw bamboo is just weird enough to put in your mouth.
