I LIKE the idea of swapping out different broom heads. I LIKE the performance of this wide beoom, it works well cleaning up grass clippings and sweeping out the garage and such.What I DON'T like:1. The connector is plastic, and every snow shovel I have ever owned busted because the plastic handle broke off.2. The company "warrants each broom for life due to manufacturing defects" but you will be up the creek if the plastic connector breaks since they could easily chalk that up to "normal wear and tear and environmental issues." Plastic gets brittle in cold weather and fatigues over time, so there is the weak point that raises the red flag for me. Needless to say, the broom has not broken on me yet as really cold weather is still a few months off. But I owe it to customrrs to point out a potential and rather expensive flaw.
