Make your own amazing lip balm! Fun, easy, all natural! My daughter got this lip balm making kit for Christmas. she loved it! She had an overnight stay and a group of 10-13 year old girls practically prepared the recipes themselves. Very easy and great results! The girls had a lot of fun making crafts and were very proud of their work. Also, each of them should take something home! They contained 3 different recipes and the perfect amount of ingredients and containers. All of the recipes turned out to be perfect and looked very professional when finished. I also like that all the ingredients are natural! The girls had a little problem at first, it wasn't really the product, but I wanted to mention it so others can avoid it in the future: the instructions said to melt the ingredients in a glass jug over water. . I think our water boiled too much and the glass we used broke. After that, we just had them melt the ingredients in a pyrex glass measuring cup in the microwave and it worked great! Thanks to the spout, it is easy to pour into containers, and for girls it is easier to use the microwave than the stove. We microwaved for 15 seconds, checking and stirring each time until liquid. It set up fairly quickly (which is good because the lip balm is firm and not too soft when it's done), but if it thickens when trying to pour it into containers, just put it back in for a few minutes the microwave. seconds until they all melt again. Then it will be easy to pour :)
