Item came quicker than expected and was amazing because I needed it for my daughter's performance which turned out really well. The sizing is perfect for a T, so if you're all into sizing, they fit the size chart perfectly, and yes, this skirt brand actually has sewn-in shorts. Not the best quality of shorts inside, good enough for those who need shorts under school clothes or for some other purpose. giggle
