Review on 🐾 Deluxe Black Fur Pet Mat for MidWest Quiet Time by George Matthews

I don't think it's that expensive to expect high quality so I can't fault the company for that. If it were more expensive I would give it a one star rating. The mat slips on all types of surfaces despite being advertised as "non-slip". This is my biggest complaint as my dog only has to scratch it for a second for it to snuggle down on the floor of its cage. In addition, after only two washes (cold water, gentle cycle with low drying speed in the washing machine - according to the manufacturer's instructions), the sides have started to curl (see photo). I would look for a heavier pad that lays flat under its own weight and doesn't curl up after washing.
