After being used for ten months, the key with the number "1" on it flew off, the legs for fastening it broke, and the key just floated under the finger in one day. After 21 days of waiting, the MERLION distributor company responded that this was not a warranty issue, but rather mechanical damage. Initially, I was confident that they would replace it because it was still under warranty; however, they stated that it was not a warranty case. Because of the caution with which I utilize things, there is no possibility of any mechanical damage. It would appear that this is how they make their money.
