Review on πŸ–ŒοΈ Multicolor Replacement Felt for Ranger Tim Holtz Alcohol Ink Mini Applicator Tool: Ensuring Optimal Performance by Barbara Simmons

Revainrating 3 out of 5

They leave a LOT of lint

They are cheap (relatively) and very easy to use with a mini applicator. I've been buying them for years as my interest in alcohol inks ebbs and flows. Well, my interest has picked up again, so I've been through a lot of it. While waiting for a new batch it dawned on me that I could use some craft felt I had. It worked so well! I have noticed that many of these packages arrive with a lot of loose lint that will transfer to your designs if you use alcohol ink. It's ugly and ugly. I didn't have that with craft felt, I cut myself - and just a note. After I cut out two circles, that fit my applicator, I've just started cutting out squares - and squares work just as well as circles! Therefore, it's cheaper to use a sheet of felt, it doesn't leave as much lint, and square/rectangular shapes work just as well as circles. This leaves extra money to buy more crafting supplies! HOORAY!
