The integration with existing systems was very easy and the support is great. We've been able to use this tool from early in our project implementation phase, which allows for a smooth transition. They have a lot of features but the price is relatively high. It would be ideal if they were to drop the prices a little bit to compete with their competition. A good tool overall as it's quite powerful and flexible. I think you should have a look at it. I'm using trace one to track sales data, inventory, stock levels, shipping dates which is really useful. Also we can see customer related data such as the products liked or disliked by customers. This helps us understand customer demand to design more efficient models. I like the customer support that Trace One has. It's easy, simple, and it does what it says. I also like how easy it is to use. I dislike that the system is not user friendly. There are so many things to learn and know how to do. It's a great service, but it's not user friendly. I recommend it. It's a great service that allows me to have a website that I can manage on my own.
