I added accent lighting over the wood paneling of the main slide in my RV. The tape was very easy to apply and the glue seems to fit as it's holding up really well so far. I connected it to an existing 12v source/switch and am very happy with the warm but not harsh light it gives off. See photos before and after. Since the power supply/switch was in the middle of the wall I cut the strip in half, cut off the molded connector, stripped the ends of the wires, connected red to red and black to black. to the wires coming from the strip at the opposite end, then routed the jumper down to the switch and connected to the ground wire. Very satisfied with product quality, brightness level and adhesion.
