During this time of Covid-19 I struggled to get out of my depression by celebrating my 40th birthday at home. I was disappointed with the quality of the balls. The Big 4 had a leak. After trying to inflate when he lost air, he burst. The air supply piece came out in 1 piece and we could see a crack where it was leaking. ALL the balloons with stars barely floated, and once the rope was attached to them, they fell. They fell under the weight of the rope! These are confetti balloons, just a few bits of confetti stuck to the balloon walls and they all stopped flying within a few hours. There were no instructions in the packaging and I found in my order that we had to rub it into the carpet, we did this before blowing it up and it didn't help. Unknowingly we had to put together a "Happy Birthday" banner with a pink bow that didn't match the rest of the decoration. To make up for what I had, I had to tape flat 40's to the wall and tape on star balls. Very disappointed!
