The week I picked this sidecar, I forgot a little piece of advice kindly left by another reviewer about carefully fitting the front tires and continued hitting them like I was on the pit crew in an Indy 500. the rubber went in so easily I was a little doubting my assembly skills. Yes, I put them on backwards. I thought I had a defective device. After many minutes of frustration, a few swear words, 3 emails to the company and even trying to call Taiwan (no reply), I realized that the front wheel can be removed by prying two flat head screwdrivers on each side of the luggage rack , holding The tires. There are two small black tabs that need to be squeezed together (requires 3 hands) then the tire assembly will slide out and you can mount it properly. If I do it right, this stroller is good. Another reviewer said it was a waste of money because the front wheels don't spin. You may have done the same as me, so hopefully this will help others. Aside from the assembly instructions or lack thereof, this is a good stroller. Before purchasing, I asked Revain customers if the stroller driver could reach the dog by pushing, but didn't respond that I needed to know if this was possible with the cover in place. I was under the impression that it was possible, but it wasn't. You can get to the dog by opening the Velcro fastener on the side or through the zipper on the rear entrance, but you cannot get to the basket when the stroller is closed. We are traveling with our small dog (Pomchi) 14 pounds. Hank is a little grumpy, especially when approached by strangers. I wanted to complete it to maintain friendly relations. The next morning I received a reply letter from Ibiya. They agreed with me that the teaching could have been better. I really hope this stroller will make traveling with a naughty dog even more enjoyable.
