Review on πŸ’™ TSQ iPad Air 2nd Gen Case: Shockproof Defender Hard Case with Stand - Blue, A1566 A1567 by Alexander Roberson

Sturdy case at a good price with useful features

The case arrived on time and is solid in all the right places. I've had two previous cases from other manufacturers where the thinner plastic broke around the camera hole (where there is least support) making the cases dangerous to use due to the iPad falling out. This new case doesn't seem to have this problem. The hand strap makes reading a pleasure after years of carrying an iPad. Haven't used the carry strap yet, but it looks like it's working fine. The fold down reading base is a bit unstable and I probably won't be using it much. Chassis placement instructions. along with the iPad were a little blurry (images mainly) and I was a little concerned that I might get it wrong and break something. After some trying it worked fine. I'm impressed with the silicone and the silicone button extensions (rather than just holes like other cases) which feel comfortable. This is the best case I have ever had and I think it will last a long time. There's no cover on the screen, but the raised plastic is meant to protect it from scratches. I'll probably put it in a plastic bag in my backpack. In previous cases, the screen dimmed when closed. This case won't close, so I reset my screen closer to 2 minutes with this case so I don't have to turn the device off all the time.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
