So it's frustrating when you receive something you paid for that is defective and then have to fix it before you can use it. Because he was booked for a specific day and couldn't just return. The mouthpiece didn't work. Upon inspection, I saw that the seal was basically a rubber band. Like the ones used for braces or something like that. Very cheap and free. So much so that it moved once the mouthpiece was fully installed. Causes a leak. It just couldn't adjust to the spot so I replaced it with a better quality o-ring. Check your products properly next time
