These come in an outer product box. They’re made in China. The product page says they’re cruelty free and they have a cruelty free logo, but not a certified one just a random one.These work really well IF you use them right…Both the product page and box give details on how to use these.-Don’t glob it on super thick. Apply a THIN layer.The only way to really do this is to NOT use the applicator to apply it directly on the eye. IF you do use the applicator to apply it directly to the eye, only apply a LITTLE dot. Once you apply it, use a blending brush to blend out the edge. I recommend working in light thin layers, blending the edge, then applying more to build it up if you want more color payoff in any areas.Wait for it to dry down a bit so it get slightly tackyDo this if you’re going to use this as an eye primer. But, make sure to do the 1st step I said where you want to apply it and blend it BEFORE letting it dry down some. Once it dries down some, it’s too hard to blend out and it’ll look patchy. So apply it where you want it, blend the edges, then apply more if needed to get the color payoff you want and blend edges again (keep doing that until get the color payoff you want). Once you get it looking how you want, let it dry down a bit until it’s only slightly tacky (the thinner the layer, the quicker it gets dried down, the thicker the layer the longer it takes). Then you can apply powder or shimmer over it.As long as you do those tips, I think you’ll really like these. You can use them as liner with an eyeliner brush (just dab some on your hand or a mixing palette with the applicator and then dip your liner brush into it and apply it) or use it as shadow or primer. I found them easy to work with using the tips I said above.
