Arrived as described but unusable. This belt will not wrap around 41″ hips twice and at this point with multiple options it is best to wear it once with a loop and then clip off any extraneous material. Very disappointed that it cannot be worn in the style given as reason for purchase. The material is definitely synthetic and will benefit from some fraying. I recommend that you measure where you are going to wear it, double that number, and then add - if at least at least - 15 inches for the clasp. If the total belt length is less than 90 inches, this might work for you.
