Good style for women
I really like the style of Just Felt. I wasn't quite sure if I should order extra small or small, but based on other reviews I went ahead and ordered extra small for my 27 inch waist. If it's perfect I still think if you have a slightly wider 28 I would go down a size. He has a good stretch. Overall I love it paired with so many dresses and tunics. I hope my review made your choice a little easier.
