This ring light is so easy to use that even I could figure it out and I'm not that tech savvy. The first thing I did when it arrived was make sure it was fully charged. After doing that, I checked the brightness of the light. There are 3 different lighting settings that are easy to switch and I've attached pictures of them. Once I've selected the color of light I want, I can make the light brighter or dimmer. For the images I included, I turned the lights all the way on so they can be seen. I was worried that the clip might damage my laptop screen, but there is a gasket inside that actually prevents the clip from causing any problems. Not to mention it doesn't bother my camera. When I'm not using it I can keep it in my desk drawer or attach it to a whiteboard as the pen holder sticks out. A single charge gets me used for about a week, but it also depends on how often I use it during the week. Really great and easy to use light.
