I read the reviews for the small size and ordered a medium size for my 10-12 lb pin. The quality is exceptional and the red color on it is beautiful. Fits perfectly. The fabric is soft and perfect for cold weather. Very easy to put on and take off as the sweater stretches but keeps its shape. To attempt! Your dog will love you for it. Mine showered kisses on me and snuggled into his sweater with a big smile. yes he smiles
