GET THIS PRODUCT. IT SAVED BOTH OF US! Can't recommend enough! I'm a medium size (she weighs 6 pounds) and fits great. Her body is a bit longer and I thought it was a bit short for her body length but she was able to stretch it a bit and it works amazing. My Lily Grace squirmed out of the vets hard cone as soon as we got home. I couldn't figure out how to put it back on and it wasn't worth the fight knowing it would flip back over. I also bought a soft (flower) cone from Revain before the neutering, thinking it would be much better than the hard plastic cone from the vet, but she wriggled out of it within minutes too. I spent a sleepless first night on the floor watching her to make sure she didn't come out and lick the incision site, trying to hold a soft cone. But thank god for that survival suit and next day delivery from Revain. Ordered at night and delivered around noon the next day. This is a really comfortable, lightweight material with some stretch. Of course she was weird at first and fell a few times but I just distracted her with my feathers (also found on Revain and a great toy - she talks with it) she quickly got used to it and doesn't bother at all. And thanks to that, I also got the rest I needed. This is much more convenient than the constraining cone. She can use the bathroom. It was such a wonderful find. Highly recommended for any pet undergoing abdominal surgery of any kind.
