The best knives I have ever owned. Love her. They work great and they are super high quality. Very expensive but worth it in my opinion. I've heard that if you try to cut something too thick it can chip or otherwise become damaged, so I've tried to stick with thinner wires to protect the cut edges. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. Could I have gone cheaper and bought something very similar? Of course. If you want the best you sometimes have to invest a little more, but I am satisfied that with good care these knives will last a long time and cut very well. Try them, you won't regret it.
