For the price I knew I wasn't going to get a real jade roller and I was fine with that. I figured it wouldn't "feel cold" like real rock, and I was right. I warm up in no time whether you put it in the freezer or the fridge. But that was fine, I really just wanted to see how it was, if it would improve my looks at all, so I would know if I wanted to invest in a REAL jade roller. But when the box arrived, the large reel fell off the handle. All right, I take it back. Luckily putting them on was a breeze and this side rolls great. However, it appears to be very fragile and could fall down at any moment. The small roll is worse because it doesn't roll at all. He just grabs my skin and pulls on it. Not exactly relaxing or therapeutic for the skin under the eyes. It may just be my experience, it may just be an ice rink, but the ice rink should do its job.
