Review on 📷 K&F Concept 72 Inch Camera Tripod with 360 Degree Ball Head - Professional DSLR Tripod for Travel and Work by Dennis Goozmer

I recently got a new camera and wanted a decent tripod for it. First impression when I took it out of my pocket was wow, for the price it's good. Then I found the little pen pictured below in the plastic bag. Looks like the thread it's supposed to screw into is completely broken. I don't think it could have been broken in shipping as the tripod comes in a plastic bag, in a carrying case, in a box, in an Amazon box with surrounding paper packing material. This makes me question the quality of the metal used. I feel like I can use a tripod even if this is missing but. I don't know what this pen is for (not mentioned in the manual as far as I can tell).2. This leaves a gaping hole for dirt to enter and accumulate over time.3. This worries me about what might happen if one of the other tension knobs is overtightened. It's brand new and already broken. I have already requested a refund from Revain and am receiving my refund now. However, I'm tempted to maybe give him another chance. I'll be doing more tripod research this weekend and deciding if I want to spend more on something nicer or reorder this one to try again. observations. The legs are stiff, sturdy, and the locking mechanisms feel good. in order. Ball joints and other rotating parts are smooth and strong. I haven't tried installing the monopod, so I can't resolve the issues raised by another reviewer. 2 stars so far because it arrived broken. If I try again, I'll be happy to update the review.
