I was a bit disappointed when I got them and I have some Yoobi products that I love and use normally. The problem I had was that firstly the packaging wasn't very good as if it had already been opened before I received it, it looked a little shabby and firstly the actual utility scissors are not smooth at all. I'm having a hard time even writing a review for this because I love the concept of this brand, it's so consistent with everything they have when it comes to printing and design. I have not been disappointed yet so I should definitely mention that I have been very happy with their other products, just this one, They appear to be well made and again the design matches everything I already have with a 't', it wasn't what I expected and hence the disappointment. I'll keep using them in the hope that maybe they're new, hence the stiffness of the blades, but I'm not comfortable with them, especially as I already have problems with my hands.
