My teenage daughter is 5'6" and weighs 120 pounds. I bought her a medium sized swimsuit and it fits her very well with little room to grow. She loves that this costume has sleeves and shorts because she has a mild sun allergy and hates wearing special sunscreen. It is also very nice to see a more modest swimsuit. Most junior swimwear is not suitable for 11/12 year old girls. The fabric is soft and stretchy, the zipper is well made, with molded bra cups sewn in. The colors are bright and beautiful. Both mother and daughter would highly recommend this swimsuit.
