I bought this robe when I went to the hospital month early & to wear at home when I had my baby. I bought the large. I'm 5'2" and when I went to have my baby I weighed around 190lbs. I opened it at the hospital a day or two after having the baby and was bummed it didn't fit.The length is great, the sleeve length is great, the coverage around the chest is great, the pockets are awesome. the coverage around the belly/hip area- not great. My MIL laughed when I asked her how it fit because everything was exposed! So I packaged it up and tried it a few days later at home(note, I live with my in laws). It fit a bit better but more so to wear to the bathroom at night, than around the house during the day. But a few days later yet it fit much better. I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight- but it still doesn't give great coverage. I get nervous if I'm wearing it if someone comes over to the house.If you're very petite, it'll be great, if you're not, and you're getting it to not be expos- order the next size up.
