I have ordered 6 packs of headbands from a one stop shop on Amazon and they are GREAT. They filled me up mid workout and then I took them off to get through the rest of the workout. Anyone who has experienced profuse sweating while exercising can attest to how annoying sweat is in the eyes and even in the face and mouth. It's really terrible. Fast forward until I finally got my Bondi Band. I LOVE IT! When I did my first training with him, I didn't have a drop of sweat on my face! It was so weird because at the end of the workout my body felt dead but I didn't get wet. The lack of heavy sweating during the workout allowed me to focus even more on the workout without being distracted by the sweat in my eyes and mouth! Now, even though it's really hard, my new goal with these bands is to get him to drip at the end of the workout. It seems like a personal benchmark that works for me and yesterday I finally managed to push hard enough to get to that point. However, let me make it clear that this comes at the end of a brutal 30-minute insane workout, barely breaking a sweat after feeling full. Bottom line, highly recommended. I'll probably buy a few more in the near future.
