This belt is true to size and more elegant than other reviews suggested. I was initially skeptical about purchasing this belt as I was disappointed with some that claim to be made from full grain leather. However, this appears to be the real deal. Time will tell if it will last as long as my Carhartt belt of 25 years. One downside is the color. I originally intended to buy black and brown but decided to order just brown first to determine quality. When I took it out of the box I couldn't tell it was brown. Only in bright light can you tell that it is brown and at the same time a very dark brown. I will not buy the black one as this one can fit both.
