Review on 🌸 Madison Park Laetitia Comforter Set - Bohemian Medallion Chenille, Shabby Chic Style - King/California King Size - All Season Down Alternative - Floral Off White by Mary Williams

I bought this set to refresh my bedroom with a light cotton set for spring and I used to have sets from Madison Park. Assuming the same product quality, I was thrilled to find the chenille style in a "lightweight" summer blanket. The color and design were beautiful. The biggest problem was that every time I lifted the quilt, I could immediately hear the quilt being ripped out of the batting. Every few times I would pull up the duvet, when I made the bed the pink duvet would rip under its own weight. Well, I've hardly had this expensive blanket a season, and it's already full of these tears. I'm afraid it will fall apart when I wash it! Less of a problem - I was expecting a soft cotton as advertised which wasn't there but I figured it would soften over time. It did little. wrinkle resistant? I wouldn't have expected that with pure cotton. But it has only changed a bit in design. It is thin, very loose and therefore rough and torn. He also hairs like crazy! Take a nap on this blanket and wake up with clothes and hair full of chenille pieces! I will definitely think twice before buying a Madison Park blanket or any other $100 branded blanket from Revain. I guess sometimes you get counterfeit goods. I stick to cheaper, less risky items.
