I really like the lateral length adjustment. I didn't know if I wanted integrated briefs, but I liked them for several reasons. I thought I would look too "mommy" or "old lady" but actually I think it looks pretty hot. It sits at the perfect height above my belly button. 2 things I didn't really care about: 1) The built in panels were a bit tight on my hips 2) I wish there was more waist support because let's be honest most women who buy this product are curvier. I can't wait to wear it!
