I like how easy it was to use for my business! It's very user friendly. Not much i dislike about this program other than maybe some of the features could be better organized or more easily accessible from another page in order to make things easier when using them during normal usage time (not just set-up/initial setup). Overall great product with tons of useful tools available right out of the box without having to pay extra for additional modules which can become costly at times if you are not already spending money monthly on your existing transport provider(s) services. This has helped our organization save so many hours by being able to track shipments quicker as well as manage pricing and billing issues faster than ever before.
