It is interesting that what is fantastic for one is not appreciated by another. That's the case with this ventilated memory foam cooling pad from Clowii. Maybe it's the length of the neck or the weight of the head. I do not know! Regardless, it's a matter of preference and I won't be calling this product because of that.
