I like how easy it is for people who are not familiar with coding, or even computer science in general can use this website without knowing much about computers at all! This has been very helpful when working remotely as we have no IT department here but still wanted an online platform where our customers could share their feedback (and sometimes complain!) We also love being able get some of those pesky issues fixed quickly by customer support team within minutes!! Nothing really i dislike so far from GTM hub though they do charge you quite high amount if there's anything wrong which may deter other businesses looking into using them.

So try out first before committing too long term contracts/payments etc.. It saves us time & money because now instead having multiple different platforms used across various departments such sales teams / social media managers + external clients - everything gets collated through one.
