I like how easy it was for our team members with different skill sets (developers vs project managers) as well have access through multiple platforms such us Slack or Jira without having them all in one place! It's very user friendly which makes collaboration between teams easier than ever before!! Nothing at this point but wish more features could be added/customized per need within each department /team member - we are solving many problems from being able solve issues faster using rockmelt instead going back & forth via emailing etc.,.
