Clean teeth, fresh breath

For some reason the mint in most toothpastes makes me cough. Mint-free toothpastes don't seem to do two things: teeth clean but bad breath or good breath and teeth that don't appear clean. When brushing my teeth with aloe vera tooth gel, I feel like I'm at the dentist - fresh breath, clean teeth and no big cough. Ideal!
