This is a great product - versatile, goes well with my Honda Accord and we love the built in pockets. I'm sure it works well for small dogs and well behaved dogs, but our crazy lab doesn't fit into either of those categories. We set this up so he doesn't try to get in the front seat with us while we're driving - it has no effect. As if stepping over a net, he just ignored it. Now, to stay in the back seat, we not only have to defend ourselves against him, but also deal with his clumsy paws stuck in the web! Okay, we'll keep him because something's better than nothing - next time we'll fill our pockets with water bottles to make him a little more durable, maybe he can't climb over then. !
