The case just doesn't look great - it's gray non-woven coated with black polyurethane. The front flap has been cut out and you can see the not very pretty underside - it's not pretty at all and looks very cheap. The phone pocket is small and my admittedly large phone has a hard time fitting in. They put a plastic window there so you can use the phone without touching it, but the plastic of the window is wavy due to the crooked seams, it doesn't hold smooth and it's inconvenient to use. Think more about the ability to decline a call than the ability to send a text message. The seams on the sides prevent access to the phone's power button. I wanted to take the bag to the grocery store so I could use my phone there if needed without touching it and then shake the phone out when I get home, but it doesn't work that way, the phone has to fight itself outside of it. The other pocket could hold a credit card, keys, and some hand sanitizer if the pocket otherwise works for me. The zipper gets stuck and is difficult to open and close.
