Good Buy Makeup Cleansing Water

This makeup remover is fantastic. It is gentle on the skin and eyes. Removes makeup without rubbing. I have tried different makeup removers but they sting my eyes and I have to rub them to remove the eye makeup. I haven't encountered this problem.
