I like that it is easy to use for all employees in our organization as well as managers who may not be familiar with HR systems or payroll software.
It also has great reporting features which makes tracking employee performance easier than ever before! There are some areas where we can improve such as having more options when searching through jobs within certain categories (i would love if there was an option similar to "search by keyword" but instead search via job title). We've been able solve many problems related to managing salary information since implementing this system - from making sure everyone knows what their current rate/pay grade level will look like at year end so they know how much time needs to go into each promotion etc., solving issues around calculating overtime hours worked per week vs paid weekly versus biweekly basis, being better about communicating changes across departments due to promotions / raises / transfers etc..
