They're very professional but also friendly! I like that they are willing to negotiate deals with you rather than just "doing what is best for them". Sometimes it's difficult when there isn't much room in their budget or time constraints make things more complicated; however this doesn’t happen often so don' worry too hard about these issues if your deal gets approved by other firms as well :) great team who work together towards getting good results from all parties involved - no complaints here at least not yet :). We were working closely alongside another lawfirm regarding our acquisition process (which was quite complex) which turned out really successful thanks largely because we had such wonderful people supporting us throughout everything!!
