First of all, this group is very beautiful. Looks amazing with the Space Gray Apple Watch. My problem was removing links. The pins came out 99% and then get stuck. I had to pull them out with pliers, bending them a bit. After that, the pens were unusable and I couldn't use them again afterwards. I firmly believe that in this particular group it was just imperfection. I contacted the company and they could not have responded faster. They immediately sent a new bracelet to replace the broken one. A+ customer service. Book this group. Looks great, the quality is confirmed by the seller.
