It is very easy to use and has a great set of capabilities out of the box which you can configure to fit your requirements in no time! I have also used it for multiple projects and haven't found anything that would turn me off yet. Sometimes you need to do some tinkering to get things working the way they should, but otherwise seems like a solid product. Currently, I am using it for data logging from our site into Salesforce (and eventually another system), but have had some integration requests related to Google APIs as well. The best thing about this is that it does not only sync contacts but also syncs emails too! It's pretty good for small businesses who are looking forward in having their customer database up-to date with other platforms like Google Sheets etc., I would recommend you try out if your emailing service has an API or some sort of data synchronization mechanism as well so users can access all information from one place which will definitely help them be efficient at work/home life balance management tasks.
