I like that they have both day-to-day tasks, as well projects for more complex needs. The interface is very intuitive to use which helps me get my work done in no time at all! It's easy enough with any degree of technical knowledge but even if you've never used it before there are plenty resources available online or through their team who will be happy/helpful about getting started straight away (if needed). Their support could also do better when responding times aren't always quick - sometimes days can go by without an answer being provided so we're not sure whether something has been missed our queries etc. Having this sort of tool makes managing daily admin easier than using spreadsheets alone; having visibility across multiple staff members' activities means less double booking issues / meetings overspills & fewer lost hours trying to track things down ourselves instead.
