The backpack is good. I only gave 1 star because the zipper broke in less than a month. It doesn't tie each page together, which sucks. The lock on it gets a low rating because it can get stuck. Then I tried for 10 minutes to open it. When opened, the bag simply falls out or does not open at all due to the square top. This makes getting started very difficult. I will say this is good protection for your laptop if you don't have the problems I had. So initially I was happy but now I'm tinkering around and want to return it because it's already broken. If you need a reliable case, choose Alienware. My old one lasted 4 years.
