On a recent bike ride, these were: my phone, keys, ID, a 26 ounce thermos, a light men's sweater (rolled up), and a lighter. It's perfect when you're short on items and need to be hands-free while shopping, hiking, and biking. I like that the inside is lined with a different nice fabric and there is an inside zip pocket. It's missing a zip pocket that goes straight to the back for more pickpocket protection, but still 5 stars!
