This wedge shaped pillow became a lifesaver for my husband. My husband has terrible acid reflux to the point where he wakes up panting and unable to breathe due to the acid that has entered his esophagus. It's scary and painful. The only thing that helps is sleeping upright, and until now there hasn't been an easy way to do this comfortably. These pillows are literally life changing. The cushions can be placed in different positions depending on the desired angle. The knee/leg pad really makes it even more comfortable. The wedge pillows are very soft and comfortable to lie on. These wedge pillows will make a world of difference for my husband. In the past my husband has had to sleep in a chair (uncomfortable) or try to stack some pillows (again uncomfortable and they fall off). These wedge shaped pillows are the answer to our prayers and sleep will no longer be an issue. Very happy with these wedge pillows, they are really great.
