AtlasRTX is a great way to interact with your customers. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. I have also found their customer service to be outstanding. The only downside is that their bots are not as advanced as I would like them to be. I highly recommend using AtlasRTX and integrating their platform into your company's communication system. We are able to interact with our customers using our chatbot to answer questions and keep in touch with our customers. The ease of use and the ability to customize the bot to meet our needs. I wish we could have more flexibility in the types of responses that are available. We were able to create a bot that was very specific to our needs. It has been a great tool for us to help manage our customer service needs. We can now answer questions quickly and effectively without having to wait for a call center agent to respond.
