The product description clearly states that this pillow comes with a 'super soft velor cover'. I've now bought 2 of these pillows and neither came with a velor cover, although this company SELLS a cover on Amazon for an additional fee (plus shipping) (update, I bought an extra velor cover and the regular non-velor cover). was delivered - both product descriptions are wrong). The only thing laying on top of this pillow's foam is a zippered Tencel cover, which feels like a regular pillow without a cover. This product does not match the description and I am very disappointed. UPDATE: The seller contacted me immediately to explain that they are in the process of updating the listing to reflect the new giveaway cover. They offered me the 2 velor sleeves I wanted for free to make up for the error. I had so many things to do and when I remembered the answer (a few weeks later) they were already out of velor cases. The seller immediately refunded the full purchase price of this pillow AND the additional cover I purchased. I upped my rating to 4 stars simply because of the great customer service, but upon reflection I really like this pillow. 6 months pregnant I've been using it every night to sleep well since I got it. Hence the 5 star rating. I'm still looking for paperbacks.
